Hospital for Delhi government At Kaushik Enclave, Burari Delhi.
The Project consist of 2 Basement and 8 upper floors . The complex has three blocks Hospital Block, Staff Quarters and RMO Hostel. The project is composite in nature including all civil, structure, water proofing, finishing, external development of the whole complex, electrical, sanitary/ plumbing, rainwater harvesting, fire fighting, external electrical lighting, & misc sercvices work for sub & superstructure of the building and hospital complex.

Parliament House Annexxe Building Project, Delhi
The Project was construction of two new blocks at parliament house annexxe. The building consist of double basement with upper seven/ three floors. The adjacent buildings were protected by diaphragm wall around 120 mtrs long and soldier piles around 2000 sqm. The RCC framed structure, brickwork and complete external finishing including structural glazing is in the scope of work.

The work consisted of Superspeciality block at Dr. R.P.Medical College, Tanda at Kangra. This work was composite in nature which includes civil work with internal end external finishing complete, Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Lighting, HVAC and Lift work, BMS, Nurse calling system, Sub station etc. The building is of RCC framed Structure with all modern facilities and external face of the building to be finished with Structural glazing, Aluminum composite panel, Texture Paint and Space Frame.

Cost of Project : Rs. 42 Crores.
Lawyers Chambers for District Court Complex Rohini, Delhi.
The Project consist of Multi Storied RCC Framed Structure having Basement and Upper 16 floors. The external surface is finished with Dry Stone Cladding work, Semi Unitized Structural Glazing work and Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding work.
